The length of the box is called interquartile range (IQR) or (25th to 75th percentile), shows 25 to 75% of the data distribution for that particular trait and the horizontal line in the box indicates the median value. The genotypes below the first quartile or above the third quartile are representing outliers in individual traits, are also indicated
