The percent nematode survival of second-stage juveniles (J2s) of Meloidogyne graminicola upon direct exposure to DHA. Around 100 freshly hatched J2s were incubated in solutions containing different concentrations of DHA: 0 mM, 1.25 mM, 2.5 mM, 5 mM, 10 mM and 20 mM. Each treatment was replicated four times. Observations on nematode mortality were recorded 3, 6, 12, 24, 48, and 72 h after incubation. The experiment was independently repeated two times, providing confirmatory results
