Drought-responsive C phyla and D families in each compartment. The color of the cell indicates the log10 fold change in relative abundance concerning the control treatment: an increase appears browner, while a decrease appears greener. The taxa are ranked by their cumulative relative abundance in the whole data set as indicated by the greyscale at the bottom of the plot
