  1. The seedling, tillering, full heading, filling, and maturation stages were grown to 14d, 35d, 60d, 80d, and 90d after sowing, respectively. The penultimate leaves were selected at seedling and tillering stages, and sword leaves are selected for the determination of chlorophyll fluorescence kinetic parameters at full heading, filling, and maturation stages. Fv/Fm the maximum photosynthetic efficiency of photosystem II; ΦPSII Actual photosynthetic efficiency of photosystem II, qP Photochemical quenching, NPQ Non-photochemical quenching, ETR Photosynthetic electron transfer rate, Fv/Fo Potential activity of photosystem II.
