Selected OsCYP94 and OsAH gene expression upon salt stress in WT and jar1–1 seedlings. Ten-days old seedlings were submitted to 100 mM NaCl stress and 2nd leaf was harvested at the indicated time points. Total RNA was submitted to RT-qPCR to reveal expression of indicated genes. Relative expression was determined using OsUbiquitin10 (OsUBQ10) and OsZCF61 as reference genes. Values are means and SD from 3 independent biological replicates
