Occurrence and phylogeny of OsCYP94 and OsAH predicted proteins. Predicted proteins sequences of OsCYP94 (a, 20 proteins) and OsAH (b, 9 proteins) were retrieved from MSU rice genome project (http://rice.plantbiology.msu.edu/) and (RAPdb (http://rapdb.dna.affrc.go.jp). Respective loci numbers are indicated. Sequences were analyzed along with Arabidopsis sequences (shown in blue) using the Phylogeny suite (Dereeper et al. 2008) and DENDROSCOPE v3 (Huson and Scornavacca 2012)
