  1. Seeds borne on heterozygous (+/−) plants were individually weighed and genotyped to determine the filial regulation of grain weights. Note that grain weight differences were absent between the segregated alleles on +/− plants, while were found to be significant between +/+ and −/−. Data represent the mean ± standard deviation
