Comparison between the SUB1A-1 and SUB1A-2 upstream region. The SUB1A-1 and SUB1A-2 upstream regions were aligned and analysed to identify the promoter region and allele-specific putative cis-elements constituted by the thirteen single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs).
