Expression pattern of Al-resistance genes in WT and ral1 mutant. Seedlings were exposed to 0 or 20 μM Al for 6 h and root tips (0-2 cm) were excised for RNA isolation and cDNA synthesis. The expression of Al-resistance genes indicated on the top of each panel was determined by real-time RT-PCR and Histone H3 was used as an internal control.
