qRT-PCR analysis of the expression of genes related to leaf shape regulation in rel2 mutant. Total RNA was extracted from leaves of WT and rel2 mutant at seedling stage. Rice Actin1 gene was used as a control. The values are the mean ± SEM with three biological replicates. Double asterisk (* *) indicates that the difference between the WT and rel2 is statistically significant at P < 0.01. Single asterisk (*) indicates that the difference between the WT and rel2 is statistically significant at P < 0.05
