  1. *Each SAP primer set was amplified using the KAPA 2 G Robust HS protocol (KAPABIOSYSTEMS, Woburn, USA) under the following thermal cycling conditions: one cycle at 95°C for 3 min; 35 cycles of 30 s denaturation at 95°C, 30 s annealing at 61°C, and 30 s extension at 72°C; and a final extension at 72°C for 2 min.
