Subcellular localization of RACK1A in rice protoplasts. Rice protoplasts were transformed with a plasmid harboring the RACK1A-Venus construct. Protoplasts transformed with known fluorescent proteins mCherry, OsCERK1-GFP and OsGenL-CFP were used as positive controls.
