Phylogenic relationships of allelic versions of OsGLP genes. Genomic sequences of OsGLP genes from five cultivars, Azucena, LTH, IR64, SHZ-2, and the reference cultivar, Nipponbare, were aligned using the ClustalW2 algorithm. An Arabidopsis thaliana germin-like protein sequence was used as an outgroup. The phylogenetic reconstruction represents a random tree from a heuristic maximum parsimony search. Bootstrap support values were calculated from 1,000 replicates with 1,000 trees saved each replicate (GIF 111 kb)
