Overexpression of OsSAP6 in rice enhances tolerance to soda saline–alkaline stress during growth period. Four-week-old Lj11 (three rows on the left) and OsSAP6 overexpression line T3-#10 (three rows on the right) seedlings were treated with different concentrations of SAE with H2O:SAE = 5:1, 3:1, and 2:1, water as a control, and the growth were investigated after 14 days.
