Expression patterns of OsObgC1 and OsObgC2 in various tissues. Total RNAs were purified from the following tissues: calli, 10-day-old whole seedlings, shoots, roots, shoot apical meristem (SAM), leaf sheaths, leaf blades, and flowers from rice at reproductive stage. Transcript levels of OsObgC1 and OsObgC2 were determined using qRT-PCR with gene-specific primers. Each transcript level was normalized with that of OsActin as internal control. Each bar represents the mean ± SD value calculated from three independent experiments
