Xa7 alleles survey in the Oryza genus. The phylogenetic tree of the Oryza genus and outgroup Leersia perrieri was modified from the articles by Kellogg (2009) and Jacquemin et al. (2013). The divergence time is based on data from the literature (Ammiraju et al. 2008; Guo and Ge, 2005; Tang et al. 2010; Wang et al. 2009).
