SDG711 function in H3K27me3 of starch metabolism genes. Chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) analysis of H3K27me3 of starch synthase genes (a) and amylase genes (b) in WT and SDG711 transgenic seeds at 3 DAP. H3K27me3 enrichment at the 5′ transcriptional start site (TSS) (P1) and 5′ end of the gene body (P2) was detected by quantitative PCR. Each q-PCR assay was repeated three times.
