Unrooted neighbor-joining tree of 148 rice accessions. Genetic distance was calculated according to Nei (1983) with the genotypes of 75 markers and cluster analysis by the neighbor-joining method. Japonica cultivars, indica cultivars, landrace and wild rices are indicated by blue, red, green and black, respectively. Cluster I-VII belong to indica sub-groups and Cluster VIII-XII belong to japonica sub-groups. Bar represents genetic distance
