AM-colonization of temperate rice japonica rice cultivars. Roots from AM-inoculated temperate japonica rice cultivars were collected and analyzed (10 weeks post-inoculation). a Cotton blue staining of rice roots colonized by F. mosseae (Fm) or R. irregularis (Ri).
