OsProT1 and OsProT3 are low affinity Pro transporters. a and b, OsProT1 (a) or OsProT3 (b) expressed yeast strain 22△10α was cultivated with different concentrations of 15N-labeled Pro for 10 min and the 15N content was subsequently determined after being collected and dried. Kmapp values were calculated by fitting to the Michaelis-Menten equation in the SigmaPlot 12.0 program. Data are means ± SD, n = 4
