Non-KO_REP1, Non-KO_REP2, and Non-KO_REP3 denote the three control biological replicates, while KO_REP1, KO_REP2, and KO_REP3 denote the three biological replicates for the TH1 KO line. The expression levels for each gene are shown in the heat maps using FPKM (Fragments Per Kilobase of transcript per Million fragments mapped) with a log2 scale
