In a the full dataset is shown, with a spike in observed sterilities at short daylengths (12.0 hours) which is probably caused by cold sterility. In b the dataset is shown excluding data points with flowering dates in December to February. The dataset in b was used for calibration (open circles) and validation (solid squares) of the EGMS model
