Plants were inoculated with Xoo strain PXO61 (Mudanjiang 8 and RB49) or PXO99 (IR24 and IRBB13) at the booting stage. ck, without Xoo inoculation. Expression levels (log2 transformations of average signal values) are color-coded: red and green denote high and low expression, respectively.
