Red and blue dots represent transcripts more prevalent in WT and ∆fliC libraries, respectively. Black dots indicate transcripts that did not change significantly. The parameters “P ≤ 0.05” and “|log2 Ratio| ≥ 1” were used as the threshold to judge the significance of gene expression difference. B, Changes in gene expression between the WT and ∆fliC libraries.
