From: Response of an aspartic protease gene OsAP77 to fungal, bacterial and viral infections in rice
The accumulation level of Cucumber mosaic virus RNA in the knockout mutant line of OsAP77 . The young leaves were inoculated with Cucumber mosaic virus. Total RNA was extracted from the inoculated leaves at 7 dpi. Upper panel showed analysis of CMV after infection. The actin gene was used as the standard control to show the normalization of the amount of templates in PCR reactions.
