The treatments of (A) probenazole (PBZ); (B) M. oryzae with virMo; (C) M. oryzae with avrMo; (D) X. oryzae pv. oryzae with virXoo; (E) wound; (F) CMV; (G) mock; (H) SA; (I) INA; (J) H2O2; (K) ABA and (L) MeJA. Numbers represent days after treatment and hours (h) in case of M. oryzae with avrMo and wound. Total RNA was extracted from leaves of T3 plant at indicted time. The actin gene was used as the standard control to show the normalization of the amount of templates in PCR reactions.
