Metabolite data obtained from leaves of IR29 and LTH at 2, 8, 24 and 48 h of the 4°C chilling treatment and 24 h after recovery were normalized to their respective untreated samples at the same growth stage. Normalized ratios less than 1.0 were inverted and multiplied by -1. Values that were increased or decreased statistically significantly (p≤0.05) are bolded or italicized-underlined, respectively.
