Ubiquitin and total RNA were used as positive controls for RT-PCR. (B) Expression of Os04g27430 in response to stress conditions by RT-PCR analysis. Actin was used as a positive control. Two-week-old RH seedlings were subjected to several stresses. For SA and MeJA, the seedlings were sprayed with 1 mM and 250 μM salicylic acid and methyl jasmonate, respectively; for the salt treatment, the seedlings were transplanted into 150 mM NaCl solution; and for wounding, the seedlings were cut into small pieces in distilled water.
