Chromosomal locations of QTLs for days-to-heading and SPAD value of flag leaves at heading mapped in a set of 85 BILs (Nagata et al. 2002). Chromosome numbers are indicated above each linkage map. Marker names are located to the left of each linkage map. Triangles and boxes to the right of each linkage map represent LOD peaks of putative QTLs and their 1-LOD support intervals (van Ooijen 1992), respectively. Upward and downward triangles indicate that the trait value was increased by the Sasanishiki or Habataki allele, respectively.
