RT-PCR analysis of the expression profiles of Vandana, IR78221-19-3-196-B, IR78221-19-6-7-B, IR78221-19-6-56-B, and IR78221-19-6-99-B and Moroberekan using gene specific primers for four OXO genes. Each line was inoculated with Magnaporthe oryzae strain PO6-6 (100,000 spores/ml). Leaf samples were collected at 0-, 6-, 12-, 24-, and 48-h post-infection (HPI) and extracted for mRNA. A ∼300-bp transcript was amplified from OsOxO4.
