Rbohs are responsive to pathogen-associated molecular patterns (PAMPs). A and B, Reverse-transcription quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) data show the expression patterns of Rbohs in leaves of a susceptible cultivar Lijiang xin Tuan Heigu (LTH, A) and Taipei 309 (TP309, B) at 3- and 6-hours post treatment of PAMPs chitin and flg22, respectively. Data are shown as mean ± SD (n = 3 independent repeats). All the P values were determined by One-way ANOVA analysis, and the colored dots associated with the bars indicate the value of biologically independent samples
