CHLH encodes Mg-chelatase H subunit (Os03g20700); GSAT, glutamate-1-semialdehyde aminotransferase (Os08g41990); DVR, 3,8–divinyl chlorophyllide a 8–vinyl reductase (Os03g22780); Lhcb1, light-harvesting Chl a/b-binding protein of photosystem II (Os01g41740); Lhcb4 (Os07g37240). Averages and standard deviations were determined using three biological replicates. Lower-case letters on the bars denote significantly different values determined by Duncan’s multiple range test (P < 0.01). The experiments were conducted at least twice, showing similar results
