Changes in the expression of defense-related genes in OsWRKY80-overexpressing and RNAi transgenic rice plants. Four-week-old wild-type (WT), OsWRKY80-overexpression (line 5-2) and RNAi (line 3-1) plants were inoculated with R. solani race GD118, and RNA samples were generated from the fourth leaves of each genotype. The time course of gene expression was determined by qRT-PCR analysis. Transcription levels are expressed as the ratio to the level of transcript at 0 h in WT.
