  1. Student’s t-test was used to generate the P values. An asterisk indicates a statistically significant difference from the neighboring value (P < 0.01). Significant difference of grain length was detected between Nipponbare and BG23, Kasalath and BG23, Nipponbare and LG10, and BG23 and LG10 (P < 0.01). Significant difference of grain width was detected between Nipponbare and BG23, Kasalath and BG23, and Nipponbare and LG10 (P < 0.01). The difference of grain width detected between BG23 and LG10 was not significant (P > 0.05)
